About Us

We understand and recognize that it is vitally important for individuals to have a functional understanding of how to live a healthy and happy life.

Meet Digital Wellness Officer Founder and CEO: Ryan Joseph Kopyar

Ryan is an internationally licensed counselor, multiple times published author with books on psychology and personal development. He is also certified as a hypnotherapist, personal trainer, and sports nutritionist.

Ryan has dedicated his life to helping others to ‘reconnect to their greatness’
and ‘turn their pain into purpose.’

Ryan works as a life change facilitator to help people ‘Release old mental programs, Rewire their mind to get the life they want, and teaches them how to Be Ready to sustain their new life of joy and happiness.’

Expertise:

One of the biggest gaps that we, at Digital Wellness Officer have identified over these past two years, has been a lack of understanding on how and why self-care works. Most people would agree that health and wellness is important, but they don’t always take the steps to make it happen.

Why is that? What is the block?

We know it’s important, our doctors, family and friends tell us we should. We know it helps and makes us feel better. Yet, most don’t engage in these healthy activities.
